Are you making sure you're doing it in the right order? I can't really go and check in my game right now, but you have to go in a specific order even if you are using the right balls in the right letters.
The issue is I don't know which balls are the right ones, that's what I can't figure out
It took me awhile too. Look at the colors and symbols of the A-F balls on the screen (the screen that shows up when you have the top-down view of the table and can actually drag and place the balls) to figure it out.
For those that want to do the dart math themselves: These formulas can be found by looking at the dart box. File solution: R > B > G Escape key solution: G > B > R
Oddly enough, the game won't let me play darts again to do the Escape key solution... Figuring it out was easy though, simple multiplication and addition. OR you can use that high school algebra and cheat.

For future reference. Here's how I solved the dart puzzle.
I drew three columns with blue, red, and green written above them and for each row I put down all the numbers on the outside of the dart board. Then I filled in the spaces with what each color was for each number. So if one of the numbers on the outside of the dart board was a 7 and the colors went from blue, green, red from the outer ring to the inner ring then I wrote, 7 under blue, 14 under green, and 21 under red. Once I had all these numbers laid out, I was able to pick and choose between them to figure out the puzzle. Having the numbers all laid out in front of you makes this puzzle much easier, as does having a calculator.
