Who voices Shadow Teddie in the US dub?

He sounds a lot like Oroku Saki/Shredder in the 2003 TMNT series.

Pretty sure it's Dave Wittenberg, albeit in his Kakashi voice rather than his Teddie one.

Its Dave Wittenberg. You do realize he doesn't actually sound like Teddie in his day to day life?

Day to day life meaning staying in the TV all day? <_< And I don't see why he'd change voices only when around the Investigation Team.

Oh, derrrp.

But yeah, I'm aware. I've heard him in other things like Naruto. It just didn't sound like Dave to me, but then again I don't have much to go on.

Dave is a pretty versatile voice actor. He was also Katsuya in Persona 2, Cielo in Digital Devil Saga, and while this may seem like an odd role to mention, he was that British Gamer Kid in the Cowboy Bebop movie (whose name always escapes me...)

I'm pretty sure he also played Bat in DDS as well.
