No, not actual confirmation or anything, but the original Shin Megami Tensei releaseed October 30th, 1992 (in Japan, not stateside of course). It'd make a nice 20th anniversary gift for an amazing franchise, now wouldn't it?

I'm not sure if that counts as support...I think that's just a coincidence. Now if October 30th wasn't a Tuesday, the day in which most games are released anyway, I could maybe see it. Because then it would seem like they were going out of their way to get that date.
