If it's like the original Persona 4, you don't. You get them through chests and quests in the real world (fetching items in the spoils from battles in the TV world.)
Nao-chan....*sniff* I'm against girls binding their breasts like this... Teddie (Persona 4 Arena)

Closest thing to buying them is soda, and that becomes increasingly outclassed starting with the third dungeon.
Morning Rescue, official drink of Puella Magi!

You can buy Tiny Soul Tomatoes at the lobby of Junes. They restore 20 SP per use. You can also grow your own past a certain date. Seedlings are bought outside of your house on certain days, if I remember right.
Gamertag is Madigari, for both Xbox 360 and PSN.
Of all the things I've lost, I miss my originality the most.

The best way I've found is to just constantly run through the 1st floor of Yukiko's castle and open all the chests for early farming of them.
You know you've had a great night out when someone gets tazered & it's only half over.
I hit your car, come find me - note on windshield
