can Vicious Strike upgrade into Pralaya?

Vicious Strike |HP:18%|High damage on all enemies.

Pralaya * |HP:25%|Very high damage on all enemies.*Randomly cause Death

there's a few skills inbetween these some with status ailments, I'm worried it won't upgrade to Pralaya

Also, is Pralaya's "very high" the same caliber as severe damage?

No. Pralaya is a unique skill and it's not possible to morph skills into uniques to my knowledge.

Pralaya is a unique skill.

Pralaya is as strong as primal force but without the crit rate.
