I always try my best to rotate them around but I find that Teddie or Kanji is always behind.

Oh man, Chie is hard to not level with for me. Her Phys stuff + that Galactic Punt is so amazing.

She's my least favorite character, so it doesn't really matter how good her skills may be. I just don't like to use her.
