Persona 4 Golden

Hey, so I just hit December 3rd and 5th and the dungeon to catch Adachi has opened up. The first day I could go into the TV I hit the "see what other people are doing this day" online option and saw only one of the bubbles entered the TV. I looked in a guide and it seemed to say that if I beat the dungeon now it will fast forward to December 24th?

I just wanted to ask this to make sure (because some of what the guide I follow has said things that haven't been accurate). I usually do the dungeon the first day I'm able to as well, so I want to make sure not to do it if it will mess things up.

Also, and I'm a complete noob with this game, I'm really struggling to form a good party, though I've heard really any combination is good. Right now I'm using Yukiko, Naoto, and Kanji and was wondering how that party make up is? I've also considered Yukiko, Yosuke, Chie and Yukiko, Yosuke, Kanji. I've left Teddie out because Yukiko has been solid for me so far. And Chie seems to be weakening every dungeon I go in, except for her golden hand destroying Revolution ability. And I'm not real sure what Yosuke does well.

Thanks for the help! Sorry I'm a complete noob, but 75 hours into this game I have to say I don't think I've ever played a game as good as this. (And this is coming from a HUGE Zelda and Final Fantasy fan and this is my first SMT game)

Do the dungeon the 22nd if you still want to raise some of your S. Links, as it does skip forward to the 24th once you beat it.
