Will teammates who arent in the current party benefit from Growth?

Topic.

Basically i'm debating on whether or not I should buy skill cards for the party members I don't usually use. I prefer to have everyone around the same level.

ah, yes. Sorry, i dont think ive ever used one so i was unaware of this.

Follow up question: party members that arent on your current team dont gain exp right?

Yes, team members that are not in the active party will not gain experience.

However, experience scales. So if you never used Kanji, and started during the True Ending dungeon, he'll probably gain multiple levels each fight.

If only skill cards work on non-mc members
