Going insane searching the Internet. How the heck do I use traestro?

Yeah, Teddie has it. I have no go homes. I just want to go home. I literally going insane. How do I do it? Can't do it in battle. Can't talk to teddie. I not in the mood for a dungeon so its just making me cranky. Haha.

Menu -> Skills -> Teddie -> Traesto.
