Take Teddie and have him keep buffing your team, he should have Matarakuja (team attack buff) and Matarakunda (team defense buff) by the point you're at, and probably Marakunda (enemby defense debuff), I can't remember when Star auto-levels to 6.

Take Naoto as she should have Mind Charge at that point and can deal pretty decent damage.

For the last slot take whomever. If you're willing to grind I'd recommend going in duo with either Chie and get her to 70 for the Power Charge + God's Hand combo, or Kanji to 73 w/ a rank 6 S. Link for the Power Charge + Primal Force combo. Primal Force is quite a bit better than God's Hand, and Kanji also has much higher Strength than Chie, but it's up to you.

If you have Trumpeter with Debilitate you should be good to go
