The music stops playing when it's sunny!

So, whenever it's sunny, "Your Affection" plays on the Inaba overhead map. However, when I am able to walk around, the music stops. It's been happening for about two in game months but it didn't happen before that. Can anyone help me?

It's so You can Hear The Cicadas Like A Normal Quiet Summer Day Nothing is wrong its just trying to get across it's very hot and a beautiful sunny summer day =)

I think it's annoying how the music starts up then stops immediately afterwards. They should at least have made the music not start playing on the map screen.

It is a japanese thing, it is considered the sound of summer.

Music starts back up when school starts.
