So I completed Marie's link AND visited the velvet room on January 2nd, but I still didnt unlick her dungeon. What do I have to do?

If you made the right choice in the Velvet Room (saying you'll go despite the danger), you'll be forced into it in February. Don't worry.

Did you tell her that you would go regardless of the danger? Or did you tell her that you wouldn't go if it was dangerous?

You'd unlock it by going regardless of the danger...

Did you keep telling Margaret that you wanted to find Marie at all costs regardless of the danger? Because if you said no even once at any point you don't get her dungeon.
