Question about quests

So i've just finished 1st sem but i still have unfinished quest that the person is only available during school hours..can i still finish it? or in order to finish the quest i should wait for the next sem?

Yeah if the quest is in school you gotta wait for it to open to turn it in.

There is no time limit on quests except for the ones given out by the twins. (EDIT: not counting the end of the game... lol)
