Magatsu, easily. It has music that I like, and has the closest to puzzles the game does.

Probably in the vast minority but overall I like Secret Laboratory, primarily for the music though. If I had to rank it on the setting though then I would be torn between Magatsu Inaba or Void Quest.

Hmmmm...... I'm a little surprised the two secret dungeons: 'Hollow Forest' and 'Yomotsu Hirasaka' aren't getting that many votes. Weird. :/

But I'm surprised that Void Quest, Heaven, and Magatsu Inaba are doing so well. Those dungeons were freaking amazing, even their soundtracks.

Hollow Forest had nice music but the dungeon as a whole was total ass.

Yomotsu Hirasaka had cool aesthetics, but I personally found the music boring and unfitting for a final dungeon.

My vote goes to MAGATSU INABA BEST DUNGEON EVER due to its all-round awesomeness.

This! I loved the old school gimmicks as frustrating as they were back in the day. All that was missing were the moving hidden walls ala doom and Castle Wolfenstien 3D.

void quest coz there's this one floor that never changes and has two shadows left and right and I can farm gold hands there all day. warp down, go up, no gold? warp down, go up, gold hands? yes? killz it! rinse and repeat.
