I would imagine because it came along during the death of a system and a straight to PSN localization project isn't the best of ideas right now. --- What can change the nature of a man?

Sadly this looks to be the case. It's kind of angers me but I can understand why given the PSP is virtually dead and they wouldn't make a lot from it. The PS1 version is cheaper and safer. --- "Your arms are too short to box with God!"
