A max S.link guide told me I should set the difficulty so that I get less experience, why?
Spoil away, btw. I got the true ending on my first run. Just don't spoil the Golden ending please. --- http://i.imgur.com/V5V6k.gif http://i.imgur.com/17CaiSG.gif http://i.imgur.com/0BoTF.gif http://i.minus.com/idv7ODqG6UCCQ.gif?tti

Hardcore Risette Fan, I assume. --- "Memento Mori, if the nineth lion ate the sun" - Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward (and no, that is not a typo)
Funny thing is I didn't even try. --- http://i.imgur.com/V5V6k.gif http://i.imgur.com/17CaiSG.gif http://i.imgur.com/0BoTF.gif http://i.minus.com/idv7ODqG6UCCQ.gif?tti

Oh, I got that trophy on my first playthrough.
Funny thing is I didn't even try.
Now I'm sad again.
Well, it also depends on whether you want some semblance of challenge or would rather feel like a god, since all your probably broken personas in you compendium carry over. --- "Memento Mori, if the nineth lion ate the sun" - Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward (and no, that is not a typo)

To increase the excitement when you are fighting with Margaret in NG+, I guess.

It's just for the trophy, you are almost always overleveled by the time you get Rise so you miss a lot of her lines.

I was underleveled for my third playthrough until after the November events. Even with my stronger personas, the fights still presented an interesting challenge. I was barely able to defeat that November boss at level 53; I had to give up on keeping the rest of the team alive because he got stuck on spamming ice spells and was hitting Yukiko for about three times her HP every turn.
Soloing the last 40% or so of that fight was fairly tough, even with my immune-to-everything Metatron. In the end, I had just enough Beads and Magic Mirrors to pull it off. --- "We have a Constitution to protect us from the rule of 'most reasonable people'." -Butters (not the one from South Park)
