How long does it take for social links to degrade/reverse?

And how does it work if you are doing a girl's social link... Is there a certain level that a girl gets jealous even if you hang out with another girl and aren't at girlfriend status with them yet?

And if they do get jealous, is it the same as P3? Like each time you hang out with a different girl, you get 15 less days until the slink reverses.

Also, no in game detriments to dating multiples *except* an extreme guilt trip on valentines day from those you don't take out (you can only take one girl on the date). Afterwards, though, everything is still status quo.
