Anything worth resetting for?

What things are beneficial to reset the game for?

For example I heard that resetting when studying until you check the dictionary gains extra points.

Also, in P3P resetting was good for extending sick/tired status and improving relationships at the shrine.

Is there anything like that in this game that I should be aware of?

Thanks.

There's a persona (kaiwan) that, when fused on a day that allows for a "skill change" (check your fusion forecast), has the chance to learn Victory Cry.

Victory Cry fully heals your HP and SP after a battle.
