I wonder what will reset in new game. I mean i just complete a data and i want to know what will be reset.

If you're doing New game plus, Your levels and social links will reset and you'll lose all your items and equipment

Why wouldn't the S. Links reset if you started a new game?

Mount and Blade is a lot like Fire Emblem, except that instead of Lance beating Sword Lance beats everything but Castle.

You probably mean New game+ right? Loading a save data after you finished the game.

Taken from Zoelius' walkthrough:

Previous Play Time.
Difficulty setting adjustments. *
Amount of Yen you have.
Persona Compendium List.
Amount of persona slots.
Key items from Max Social Link Events.
Status Parameters (Eg. Courage, Knowledge, Etc).
Costumes
Daidara Shopping List
Skill Cards


Things that doesn't get transferred:

Character Levels.
The Personas you have at the end.
The equipment you have.
The items you have.
Analysis data of shadows.

And no, you have to re-do social links.
