tier list ?

The last tier list I saw was something like:

S: Mitsuru, Chie, Aigis
A+: Yu, Yosuke, Teddie, Akihiko
A: Everyone else.

You have to take these tier lists with a grain of salt though, most of the ones that get thrown around are just from random dudes on the Japanese BBS. Not to mention they're constantly changing.

They are changing but so far Mitsuru and Chie is consistantly top it seems.

This game is still young and added the fact that it got a balance patch just a month ago would mean that it's gonna take quite a while until a definitive tier list is gonna be released.

Still hoping for a sequel. Please make it happen, Tri-Ace.

Tiers in ASW games are (usually) not so drastic. All the characters are generally similar in strength, with some being somewhat weaker and some being somewhat stronger. There are exceptions sometimes (glaring OP or glaring weak) but that does not appear to be the case with this game.

This is pretty accurate.

meh who cares about tiers, just play as who u like :D

Let people use who the want for whatever reason that may be. For some people, a draw to a character is their tier placement. Is that wrong? no. People all have different reasons for choosing characters.

Just as some people like using low tiers only, there are people just the same on the other end who only use top tier, and those in between who refuse both and only main mid tier.

S button is a taunt button and it allows you to taunt mid-match.

When I first played GG games I always chose I-No because she was cool and didn't have any gimmick. Thought she was also strong because it was extremely easy taking down AI opponents with her. Then I saw competitive matches and oh well.
Who cared.

There's nothing wrong with playing high tier characters, but picking a character solely because someone put them at the top of a list without even bothering to understand why they're put there is incredibly lame.

I'm going to play Shadow Labrys because I like Shadow Labrys. I don't care if she's mid, low, or high tier. I like Shadow Labrys.

I will do my best to push my skill and her ability as a character to the limit.

To each their own man.
