Arc System didn't make Arcana Heart, they just ported it and gave it their top tier network.

It's technically not even an Arc game.

On another note, Konoha is a terrible ninja and character and only serves to hold back the awesomeness that is Kamui Tokinomiya.

Really, the protector would be better off without her guard.
