Yagami_SamaPosted 9/17/2012 11:37:25 AM | I have no regrets, instead of blame Capcom I enjoyed my time been playing MH 3G for almost a year, and still playing. And probably will purchase MH4 as soon as it became available.
I just hope, that may be possible to play local multiplayer with the owners of the US version.
For sure I going to buy the Wii U version, and I enjoy all the its glory on-line. |
RebelGameMasterPosted 9/17/2012 12:14:28 PM | I bought 3G 1.5 weeks before announcement. And I REGRET not getting it sooner. It's so good! And I'll get the English version for WiiU and 3DS when it comes out. Cause afterall, it's us hardcore fans that keep MH alive in Japan, and increase the chances of it being more popular in the states.
And MH4 is coming out around that same time!
The Japanese 3DS isn't expensive if you get paid well, and think about all the MHs you'll be playing before the west. --- Professional Gambler |

Uh, no. The Japanese fanbase is what keeps MH alive in Japan, not the relatively tiny population of "hardcore" western players. Furthermore, importing doesn't increase the chances of getting MH stateside; it does the exact opposite by increasing the amount of sales that Capcom can rack up without bothering to localize. --- PSN: lawliettx |

rich_d667Posted 9/17/2012 4:28:21 PM | No regrets. Bought a JP 3DS just for 3G. Currently just at HR40+ but I still got plenty of time to play til MH3U gets released. Will most likely import MH4 as well next year.
PS-I also like that they get so many demos and you get points in Club Nintendo JP when you download them and answer surveys. Was able to get a free Picross game by doing this. Hope they offer more downloadable rewards in the future. :) |

No regret at all i buy Japanese 3DS one day before capcom announced US release (yes One Day lol) it's ok for me because when it's come to US i will buy Wii U version
I'm awaiting a response on whether we will be able to transfer our JP character to an american WiiU and play of even if we can use the WiiU to transfer to an american 3DS. I have no regrets, it's an amazing game na dI enjoyed it to bits, it even helped me get a lot of skeptical people on the 3DS to enjoy it and be expectant on a localization announcement. Capcom just made the perivuan community of monster hunter fans who owned 3DS to have a very big spike in hype and as of march it will be reflected in numbers =) this. when everybody starting MH3U we already HR 999 :D |

DragonLord150Posted 9/17/2012 9:26:47 PM | Bad news Tri-G people: You cannot use your Tri-G file for any of the MH3U games in the West. If you want to you have to get MH3HD.
Any regrets now? --- "Remember: a team of hunters is only as good as the guy you can kill three times." -mazereon |
