If you're looking for as much curve as possible, then you want:

Racket: Boo Racket
Outfit: Superstar
Wristbands: Boo Wristbands IIRC
Shoes: Lakitu

You're looking to maximize your sidespin. Blooper has a lot of spin in general, but only sidespin affects how much your shot curves (Yes, I've tested this extensively). The Boo stuff has a lot more sidespin than the Blooper stuff, and the slice stat, which blooper stuff specializes in, really just affects how much underspin you give the ball. Try it out for yourself; you'll notice that the Boo stuff makes the ball curve a lot more.

Blooper gives way less spin than people think it does...

If you want the best spin, full Banana gear or full Magikoopa gear are EASILY the best. However, you may want to go with just the racket and arm bands, as their other stats are lackluster.

Oh yeah, forgot about those! Those too. Blooper has the highest overall Spin, but those have way better Side spin, and Side spin is the stat you want to increase on these types of Miis.
