We also had a shorter segment, for those who were watching the NA stream, with the only new bits being some of Sumia's voice acting ("Better hold on Captain *drowned out by everything else*") and we were shown DLC arts for Ike, Ephraim and Marth, with a reiteration that downloadable maps and characters were coming.

They're pretty common here in Australia, at least. I know one store has almost an unspoken rule if a region locked game releases in Europe and not Australia (Which videogame wise is Europe) for another week or so, they'll start selling European imports and occasionally, will force major stores to break the date as a whole.
The most publicised case of this recently was Ocarina of Time 3D and the first Super Mario Bros on the 3DS (I'm not much of a Mario player, obviously XD)
