So what do i miss for not pre ordering/getting the art book?

Went to my local ebgames to pick up the last copy of the game, and the Guy there tell me I missed out on some dlc and getting the art book, I was going to get it on the Feb and pre order it on Saturday.

You're not missing out on dlc, just the artbook.

You won't miss out on the DLC, it's free for everyone

The artbook is a 16 page booklet with art for a handful of characters

He is wrong about the DLC. You only missed the art book. The DLC released the first week will be free for a certain period of time no matter how you obtain the game

I'm pretty sure the pre order bonus is just a pre order book, that is admittedly high quality, but is quickly put away with most other pre order bonuses to never be looked at again after a couple of minutes.

I don't think any DLC is involved.

I wouldn't really call it a book at this point. More like a bad ass pamphlet. It's very tiny... Though it's better than nothing.
