How's Jugdral doing by the time of FE13? (Spoilers)

This game has Akaneia and Valencia but not Jugdral.

Did Grima's army get Jugdral in the bad future too? She does have Dark Warlords with Jugdral's holy weapons to send after people.

I just assume that Jugdral invented nukes and bombed itself with all the internal chaos.
