i can confirm that this is infact up just downloaded it for those wondering it's 30 blocks

The DLC also has a little contained story, so if anyone's played it yet could they say what it's about?

yuria is julia but the rest are what you listed

I took a look at it on the eShop, and it says $0.00, so free.

it just says free atm with a price of 0.00 so we'll have to wait to learn the cost for late purchasers
