there are 99 Avatar slots and 12 Games, I highly doubt you got them all... I did notice I got Nergal twice.
well i mean i had hector yesterday then i got nergal today. then the rest of the fire emblem chars unlocked with seth from sacred stones. lol

That should be because they moved onto a new set via spot-pass, you get all the previous ones accessible without having to wait.

He means every Blazing Sword character (it was brought to the US just as Fire Emblem)
