I'd imagine a hooded mu would play very similar to zelda and ness move set wise while being around marth's build. I'd imagine a move set would look something like this:

B- Fire shoots a fire spell immediately forward
B up- Elwind surrounds him in wind and has a trampoline effect as he flies up (surrounded by wind)
B over- Elthunder A diagonal bolt from the top corner of the screen shoots out and hits a small distance infront of him
B Down- Elfire A quick shoot of flame surrounds the MU as he crotches.

A moves would be sword moves, ultimate smash I would imagine would be a crit similar to marth's but has chrom appear to link up and get a critical hit in also.

It will be Marth with Sword (With a Masked Marth Alternate costume), Ike With Axes (With his FE9 Lord outfit as an alternate costume), and Chrom with Lances.

So as to not take away the whole "he's you" thing, they could either do Hooded MU or the default Robin(I think this makes more sense, so he'd actually have a name)

I think it'd be cool if they did an Ice Climbers style Chrom-Lucina pair. It could show off the pair up mechanic and make them more unique than just 'the next FE swordsman.'
