Not really.

Yes it does because there are so many possibilities with mixing classes/skills and getting different pairings together can get varied results. Plus there's the DLC maps. I highly recommend it.
Playing: Professor Layton VS Ace Attorney (3DS/JP)

probably. I haven't replayed it yet, but I probably will as soon as I finish playthrough 1.

Not unless you really want to see the dialogue between different couples. Or if you want to play on a higher difficulty.

Should be an obvious answer.

Yes. Yes. Yes.

Isn't it clear? Countless people to use. AI that never moves the same way. And different difficulty and combinations to use.

If this game doesn't have replay value..nothing does.

Depends on your taste. Technically you could stop at playthrough 1 and make a god team. I started normal casual, and ended spending far too much time hitching characters, and ended up with a god team anyway. I'm planning on doing a second playthrough to mix the pairing between some people, and make a better god team. Then if I'm still interested I might try normal classic or hard (either casual or classic, depends on how I find it). It really depends on how much enjoyment you get out of the game. There's new DLC coming out quite frequently for quite a while, so you could drop in every so often to challenge yourself with SpotPass.

Eight difficulty options, 27 regular maps, 23 DLC / Spotpass maps, 120 Spotpass armies, optional random encounters, multiplayer, StreetPass battles, character customization / optimization, hundreds of support conversations.

I'm going to go with "Yes."
