With the game out for a while I want to see what people ended up choosing for this.

Both my hard and Lunatic files Im using +Str - Def. I really like offensice classes at the same time I didnt want any -s in my Str/Mag to see how much MU can really do. I like physical attacking classes better though which is why I favored Str. Def keeps Str, Skill, Spd, and Mag from falling and w/ + Str its only at -1
Dry Bones+Magikruiser FTW in MKW ^-^

+MAG and -RES, because they mostly cancel each other out.

No regrets, it has worked wonderfully well for me. With Morgan and Lucina both having 50+ Luck Base (without this Limit Break BS), it means I can split them up to destroy a map with their indestructible weapons.

The boring, yet probably ideal +Spd -Lck the 1st time around.
I'm thinking either +Lck -Res or +Skl -Res on my next playthrough.

I did +Str, -Res because I'm an idiot. Now he's much stronger with swords, yet I almost always use tomes (as evinced by the A rank in tomes and a C rank in swords)

Being paired up with Tharja cancels it out somewhat, though.
