Level 15 Dark Flier. Female only class. Can be inherited by male offspring if the mother has it.

promote a class to dark flier and get them to lvl 15

For children characters, just inherit it from their parents.

For first generation characters, class change at 10 to Pegasus knight then go Dark flier to 15.

if female parent dont have, have them marry gauis / donnel / male avatar. the daughter will always be able to change into a pegasus knight when using a second seal
