could use some work, but looks about right. arguments could be made for some guys moving up or down from B and C class.

First of all you should select a specific difficulty for which this tier list applies to, as between each tier list the viability and quality of characters differ greatly.

Actually, you might as well put MU and the kids on the same tier. MU knows a huge bulk of learnable skills and has the rare tactician class. Kids might have higher base stats but they don't know a huge bulk of skills compared to MU. Morgan is pretty much the only being that surpasses everyone in potential game breaking base stats and learnable skills.

So I'd actually have it as: Morgan -> MU + Kids -> Chrom -> Everyone else

Chrom should be below children because his class spread isn't that good. Sully should go down for her low strength. cordelia has better defenses than sumia and they both double and dodge so it doesn't matter on speed sumia has slightly better offense, gregor should go down and that's all i have right now

Not really. The tier list goes:

-top-
Fred
Avatar
Chrom

-bottom-
everyone else

because that's all you need to clear the game, even on the higher difficulties.

This game is not meant for a tier list.
