Everything seems to be in order. You have maximized Galeforce, picked worthy stat inheritance for the child assuming you pick the right class, and you created plenty of skill/class options for the children. I imagine your choices aren't perfect as there are several different paths you could take for the children, however I like your pairings and it should work well for you.

Lon'Qu x Lissa seems a bit strange to me.

I thought this too. I guess Owain would make a good sage with the fairly good magic/speed/skill inheritance. I paired my Lissa with Freddy but that's only because I wanted Owain to be a full-fledged meat shield.
