Passing skills onto your children

Need some quick info
Ok so doing a paralogue to get my MU's child. Noticed her skills and was wondering if I needed to have the skill already learned on my MU (avatar) before I can transfer it over to my child, or does she learn it as she levels?

Depends on whether the class is gender exclusive. If it isn't, the kid can learn it on their own. Otherwise, you must pass it on.
