You think IS could do even more with Permadeath? And killing enemies?

Like say, being unable to recruit a mercenary character like Zealot or Farina or Malice if too many characters have died and Roy/Hector/Eliwood/Marth don't seem competent enough to work for.

Considering most people reset when they're hit with a perma death anyway, I don't think it'd matter much...

slightly better than SD's Gaiden chapter IMO, still a terrible idea, but forced survival is better than forced deaths IMO.

Those can both can be accounted for.

Also, if FE is going to stick to permadeath then explain why they shouldn't go even farther with it than "unit dies, player resets if he/she care enough".

I thought FE was a strategy game.
