Is he a good husband to any female (besides MU)? Does he has anything worthwhile skills to passover to any potential children?

I can't really see him being faithful, to answer your first question.
This is where I sometimes put jokes, references and such.

Skills? Not significantly. Stats? Sure. He's kinda like a weaker Lon'qu statwise.
There's always hope for better things in life. But you can't let anything, friend, lover, God himself, be your hope. You have to be your own hope.

Not really. The best he can be is a replacement father for his modifiers or Wyvern Rider. Olivia is like his best choice if you take Chrom away from her.

He and Frederick are best left outside of the marriages.

Lifetaker/Galeforce/Sol Inigo does not die. Ever. Virion gives him Lifetaker while simultaneously giving him the most skill and speed possible outside of Lon'qu. Definitely worth it if Chrom isn't already Inigo's dad.

Olivia x Virion is my #1 recommendation for Inigo.

Gains access to Lifetaker + Galeforce combo
Gains access to Tomefaire/Bowfaire
Gains access to Swordbreaker/Lancebreaker

and gives Inigo good, neutral stat modifiers (+1 Str/Mag, +4 Ski/Spd)

I have him married to Olivia, so he passed down Bowfaire to Inigo, which helps since I intend for Inigo's final class to be Bow Knight.
