Lissa almost got hit by an axe in the beginning of chapter 1. I understand that grima return to the past sped up alot of events but making the risen spawn faster wasn't one of the things mentioned.

Different worlds, technically. Welcome to bad storytelling and a horrible, cop out plot.

The Risen never appeared, thus there was no need for Lissa to be saved.

That would be a loop, it only happened once so at that moment there was no Risen there.

Fixed.

The Risen weren't even supposed to spawn right there as far as I can tell - they spawned in this world related to "Marth" coming back, since both of them pop out of the same portal (which, I might add, was created by Naga - so it's rather unlikely that she intentionally spawned the Risen so much as that they just followed through /beat "Marth'" to the portal and got their first - Laurent explains how even going through at about the same time can end up with massively different arrival times).

In the past of the future that Lucina came from the Risen there didn't spawn at all that night, and neither did Lucina show up there. Her coming back from HER future altered THIS past to allow her (and those risen) to spawn then and there.

Risen never appeared in the future until after MU is taken control of and merged with Grima.

The Risen that appeared with Lucina were the ones that Grima brought with him as he cared more for killing Lucina than taking a second and understand alternate timelines.
