Finishing up inheritance. Help?

Hallo, peoples! I'm running around, training parents, and trying to get the last few children *just got Gerome recently, and Kjelle earlier today).

I just wanted to know from you guys, given my pairings and the children I still need to grab, do you have any recommendations for what skills to pass on? I don't mind grinding, so if any parent passes on a skills that the child can otherwise never get (such as Counter or Galeforce, depending on gender), then I'd prefer those. Even if they may not be the best ones (I got Counter on Severa, but I don't plan on using it too much).

Anyway, here are my pairings for the remaining children's parents:

Olivia x Virion
Tharja x Gregor
Miriel x Ricken
Maribelle x Henry

I'm thinking of passing on these skills for each, at the moment (very subject to change):

Galeforce + _____breaker/Lifetaker
Vengeance/Lifetaker/Pavise + Counter
Renewal/Dual Support+ + Aegis/_____breaker
Galeforce + Axefaire

So does anyone have any tips for them in general? I'm open to opinions! I'll probably wait to reclass Virion until I get some ideas, so save a bit of grinding time...

Thanks in advance, guys! You're all awesome! :D

I passed down the skills from classes I don't like and from which there's only one skill worth passing down. For example, Pavise from Tharja because I hate General's slowness, and not Vengeance because Sorcerer is a good class to use and Tomebreaker is also useful. If the class is not something you actively dislike, go for the one with more usability (I found the breaker skills to be less useful than Aegis/Lifetaker)

Renewal and Dual Support+ are both good choices. I passed down Renewal personally, but wished I had passed down dual support+ instead Lifetaker heals a lot more. BUT Laurent may not be able to one-shot on harder DLCs, making Renewal a more reliable healing source.

Yeah, that's generally what I've been doing. Glad I wasn't the only one. :P But I'll take that to mind when deciding! My main issue is Virion!Inigo. I don't know what skills to end Inigo with, and if any of Virion's will actually help him much at all in the long run.

Ok, so either Renewal or Dual Support+... Hmm... I'll need to think that one over a bit.

Oh yeah, before I forget! I neglected to mention this before, but I hope it was obvious with passing Counter and no magic-based skills to Noire, but I plan to keep her as a Sniper! Mostly because it's her default class and looks good on her, as well as the fact that this game has enough Sorcerer-happy characters to go around, with more coming soon.

Virion/Olivia is mostly just for the stat mods. Inigo is awesome enough by himself in terms of classes and skills without any of the crappy stuff from Virion. I actually left my Virion a bachelor (lol)

EDIT: Just noticed Virion gives the wyvern tree, so it's not all useless classes. My bad!

Using Noire as a sniper without galeforce is slightly less optimal.. Oh well, your choice! If she's not a sniper, I'd recommend Wrath to pair with Vantage.

Yeah, that's true. I'm probably gonna grab Lifetaker from Virion, and use that if I switch between Vantage+Sol and Astra+Lifetaker on Inigo. Just some variety, since his best skills can otherwise be gotten by default anyway! Lifetaker is the only worthwhile one from Virion, besides a possible Breaker.

Oh yeah, Noire can't get Galeforce from her class set... That's a bummer, but I would still like to try it. I can always switch her around a bit as well, once she hits stat caps.

Bump-time!

So here's what I'm aiming for at the moment:

Virion!Inigo - Galeforce and Lifetaker

Henry!Brady - Galeforce and Axefaire

Gregor!Noire - Pavise and Counter

Ricken!Laurent - Renewal/Dual Support+ and Aegis

...Opinions? :'D Thanks for the help so far, guys! You all rock~

A breaker would be better considering Inigo can go grab Sol very quickly.

Besides, none of the skills that Virion offers are even worth using in an end build Inigo anyway as he has a ton of resources at his fingertips as is.

A breaker? I may consider that, though I have no intention of passing on Sol to him. It's too easy to get to pass on. ^^" And while most of Virion's skills are borderline useless on Inigo in the end, I do have one good plan for him.

Inigo will definitely have Armsthrift, Galeforce, and a -faire skill (likely Swordfaire). For his last two skills, I will either have Vantage+Sol with a really strong range weapon (Ragnell/Helswrath) for great counterattacks and survivability, or use Astra+Lifetaker with Brave weapons for obvious reasons. Depending on my mood, I'll switch around.

There's justb too much he can viably do! So for inheritance, I'm focusing on what I would PREFER him to do. Heck, he could even Mire-spam with Tomefaire if I wanted to. xD
