Rate the Skill, Paralogue 9: Magic/Defense/Resistance +2

#1guedesbrawlPosted 4/20/2013 7:05:19 PM
Triple Trouble! Also, last topic was such a waste... thanks to Master Espeon and Huff N. Puff for the descriptions., they will be useful while I can't have the DLC...

and that reminds me, what's the best place for support grinding if i don't have DLC, hm?

while I wait...

---------------
Defense +2:
*Who starts with this Skill: Kellam, Kjelle, Morgan.
*Who can learn this Skill: Kellam, Frederick, Sumia, Tharja, Basilio, Flavia, Cynthia, Noire, Walhart, Avatar, Morgan.
*Who can inherit this Skill: Lucina, Owain, Inigo, Brady, Severa, Gerome, Yarne, Laurent, Nah.

Magic +2:
*Who starts with this Skill: Miriel, Ricken, Laurent, Emmeryn, Morgan (not from Emmeryn)
*Who can learn this Skill: Virion, Mariabelle, Nowi, Libra, Anna, Tiki, Brady, Nah, Avatar, Morgan.
*Who can inherit this Skill: Lucina, Owain, Inigo, Kjelle, Cynthia, Severa, Gerome, Yarne, Noire.

Resistance +2:
*Who starts with this Skill: Mariabelle, Female Morgan.
*Who can learn this Skill: Lissa, Miriel, Cherche, Emmeryn, Female Avatar, Female Morgan.
*Who can inherit this Skill: Lucina, Owain, Brady, Kjelle, Cynthia, Severa, Gerome, Laurent, Noire, Nah, Male Morgan.
----------------

All of them are self-explanatory skills... they will all help you a little for a while.

Magic +2 will help you kill things, while the defensive +2s
will allow you to survive more hits. One hit here, one hit there, and you suddenly avoided a nice amount of damage...

meaning: not useless like, say, skill +2. thus, C rank for all.

--------------

Skills left to re-vote, in order

Rally Spectrum
Rally Movement

Dual Support +
Luna

Shadowgift

Paragon

YOU CANNOT NOMINATE ANYMORE!

D/D/D. Also, to answer your question, Spotpass teams work for support grinding.
#4guedesbrawl(Topic Creator)Posted 4/20/2013 7:09:33 PM
spotpass teams are kinda too random. it's my normal file, so it's easier to spam reeking boxes somewhere...

D/D+/D

They all aren't all that great but at least MAG +2 isn't bad at the start of the game.

What do you mean, they're too random? They spawn in random places, so they take too long to get to, or what?
#7Huff n puff 20Posted 4/20/2013 7:27:28 PM
CCC (P?)

No really, they're all filler, but not totally worthless.

D all across. Why would you take any of these when you can just get all stats + 2 from the dlc
#9RedMageKirbyPosted 4/20/2013 8:09:16 PM
C/C/C

They're all part of team 'not that great but not bottom tier,' and all of them are nice fillers at the start of the game. D ranked skills are never good.

This is not true. They're so situational, that they're not useful in general play (with the exception of Outdoor Fighter, which is insanely underrated for the first five maps).

Kinda like the +2 skills.
