Rate the Skill, Paralogue 10: Rally Spectrum and Rally Movement.

it's surprising how in 2 hours of pair-up battles i got more supports than 35 without it. makes me hate pair-up much more.

Resistance got downed alone.

--------------
Rally Spectrum:
*Who can learn this Skill: Avatar, Morgan.
*Who can inherit this Skill: Lucina, Owain, Inigo, Brady, Kjelle, Cynthia, Severa, Gerome, Yarne, Laurent, Noire, Nah.

Rally Movement:
*Who starts with this Skill: Aversa
*Who can learn this Skill: Sumia, Cordelia, Lissa, Mariabelle, Olivia, Say'ri, Cynthia, Severa, Emmeryn, Female Avatar, Female Morgan.
*Who can inherit this Skill: Lucina, Owain, Inigo, Brady, Kjelle, Noire, Nah,Male Morgan.
-------------

Rally spectrum will give a All Stats +4, while Movement's will be movement +1.

You greatly increase damage output with RS, specially since you get a SPD bonus that can easily change a few encounters in your favor. Taking less damage is always nice.

It's not S rank material, but you can't put it together with the other, meaningful rallies. or below heart. so, A rank.

Movement boosts are always good. A pity that all of it's users can get Heart... but it still should be a B rank.

B - Rally Movement

Fire Emblem Awakening is the best thing that ever happened to the 3DS and yet... people on GameFAQs abuse their 3DS by having sex with it. Smh.

A/B

I would use rally spectrum (A) more than rally movement (B).
#5Model_OmegaPosted 4/21/2013 8:50:10 PM
Rally Spectrum: S, awesome ability, lets you do some crazy stuff with the huge stat boost, and availability is not a concern when you have Spotpass and DLC characters being designed around support roles.
Rally Movement: D, not very impressed, considering pair-up and other movement boosters exist and the user loses a turn, and if you're using the movement for maximum range they likely won't be in range again next turn, unless you use GF (or rescue), but that's a positive of that skill, not this one

Rally Spectrum: S.
Rally Movement: C. Useful in a select few situations, but usually not.

A/B

Rally Spectrum is awesome, but not quite S tier, I agree.

Rally Movement is pretty good too, but with one problem, the rally-er themself doesn't get the bonus, so even on high-movement units (like a DF/FK rally bot), the rest of your team will often outrun you, and it's even worse if you have Rally Heart. The only way to guarantee they keep up with the rest of your team is to waste a skill slot on Move +1 or waste a support unit and a skill slot for deliverer. I guess you could also waste a pair of boots on a dedicated support character. The cost to use Rally Movement is just too high to justify anything higher than B.

A/B, and wow, the final vote actually decided the last match.
ITT: Strength +2 is just as good as Lethality

Of course not, they just inhabit the same tier, and Lethality isn't a very good skill in first place without Limit Break or Rightful King with it's low proc rate, which is a positive of those skills, not Lethality's

ITT: Lethality is vastly underrated.
It's B at the bare minimum.

Anyways, A/B.
