She isn't a good candidate for that class imo

A goth girl who's canonically a dark mage wearing a white gown and supporting people.

What EVER made you think that was a good idea?!

Tharja has a much higher Magic modifier than her Strength modifier.

Bride has a lower Magic cap than their Strength cap.

Brides also only have one magic-based attack, the Shockstick (which also has the shortest range of any magic attack in the game).

Yeah, Tharja isn't too good as a Bride.

Tharja isn't really "gloomy" to begin with.

Thats a matter of opinion. I think a girl whoms primary focus is to hex others and mutter to herself classifies. Maybe insane is a better word? Meh.

gloom·y
[pronunciation guide that gets mangled in the posting attempt]
Adjective

1. Dark or poorly lit, esp. so as to appear depressing.
2. Feeling distressed or pessimistic: "gloomy about prospects for industry".

As you say, it's a matter of opinion. I tend to see Tharja as dark, certainly, but I can't really call her "distressed", "pessimistic", or "depressing" when she always seems so certain of her abilities, and so dedicated to her goal of getting closer to MU.

Then again, I actually like her and wouldn't turn her down if the game gave me the option, so it's hard for me to imagine that her efforts are absolutely hopeless.
