I may be alone but I pronounce it "Share". Or Shair. I leave the che at the end silent.

For Kjelle, I say Kyelle or Ky-ellee.

For Tharja, I say Tar-juh with the j being a zh sound.

I pronounce it like Chersh. Cher (like the singer) sh (like the noise used to make people quiet down, ie "shhh!")
