I voted Radiant Dawn.

I enjoyed the larger scale of the game and the multiple perspectives. Even though the Blood Pact was poorly thought out/explained I'm a sucker for opposing party mechanics so I was willing to forgive it.

I liked the antagonists too (besides the Senators, lol)

My favorite game in the series is Sword of Seals, but in my opinion, FE6/FE7 lose points in terms of story. My second favorite is Path of Radiance, which I think has the best story of all.
I voted Radiant Dawn too. While I dislike most of the changes between FE9 and FE10 (And FE10 is in a lower tier in terms of my favorites), but I think it has the 2nd best story.

If you play RD without taking PoR into account... RD's story really isn't good at all.

Because without playing PoR Ike is just a Mary Sue.

FE9/10 are the same exact story divided in two games.

Exactly. Playing RD first is bad, since half the story was in the other game.

This is ridiculous.

I've played every Fire Emblem except 2 and 3/12, and of the ones I've played, 5 is the only one that I don't think has a better plot than 9.

Which means that you should not include RD if you are not including PoR.

And it certainly should not be winning.

FE5.

Why is FE10 winning, its plot is really bad

Wait, people don't like RD's plot? I thought I was the only one! So why is it winning?
