The weapons with hero names on them have not been translated appropriately. Eliwood's Blade is known as Eliwood's Steelblade in the Japanese version. Hector's Axe is Hector's Fierce Axe. They aren't the exclusive weapons in their own game. They are just some weapons that they also use.

This sentence is as meaningless as you.

Yeah. Kind of like Leif's Prize Sword and Ephraim's Bravelance. But for the shortest amount of time, they were named Ephraim's Lance and Leif's Sword etc. at Serenes Forest before their official Japan and US names respectively.

'Hector's Axe'.

So, it's a Wolf Beil? You can't even say it was THE Wolf Beil, cause there was I think a Secret Shop of them in Seven/Rekka no Ken/Blazing Sword/whatever.

Not quite. You get it in a chest on Hector's trial.

My friend was confused when he first saw that I had 3 Celica's Gales. This was also his first time seeing FE.
"What the heck? Was Celica an octopus?"

The problem is spacing. That's why Ephraim's Lance was called Ephraim's Lnce.

I think the implication is that the weapons that these heroes used became legendary weapons after their accomplishments.

I mean, a sword is just a sword, but once you know it was used by a hero, it amazingly becomes more powerful.
