C/D Owain x Brady is the new Ike x Soren
Kanji Touchdown x SIR OWAIN MOTHERF***ER.
Sure, why not?

Scion is a very specific word and it only applies to direct lineal descendants.
I have two dictionaries at hand, and neither one agrees with you. The New Oxford American English Dictionary on my Kindle just gives the relevant definition as "a descendant of a notable family or one with a long lineage", and dictionary.com contents itself with "a descendant". While some sources may well use the word "scion" to mean specifically a direct lineal descendant, I do not believe we may accurate conclude that the word is always used in that way.
I don't like this duchy. Now, it's an adventurer.
Ike couldn't have brought Ragnell with him on the account that he gave it back to Sanaki, like before.
You wanna play that game again? Sure, tell me where that is stated in text within FE10, no not the whole "did it before do it again," show me proof that it happened.
Go on, I'll wait here while you go on serenesforest.net and look at the script.
See how much of waste of time that was? There's nothing that even hints Ike left Ragnell when he left, but here are some odd choices of dialogue from chapter 3-11 when Sanaki gives Ragnell to Ike.
"I have something for you, consider it a down payment."
"I can think of no better person to give it to."
I'm bored now so I'll leave this at that, while no side of this argument has a 100% accurate hypothesis, there is A) Absolutely no circumstantial or anecdotal evidence that says Ike left behind Ragnell and B) Implied and Circumstantial evidence that says Ike was given indefinite custody of Ragnell.
Thank you and good morning.

Reggie for SSB4!

CoD players should stick to things suitable for their level of intelligence, such as flicking light switches.

No I don't by degree that I'm not practically screaming. All I said is that there were hints. I mixed up PoR with RD, it's not that big of a deal. Calm down.
But Brady loves WOMAN!
I have given up on the internet. Too many people don't know what the word "troll" means or lack intelligence.

Can't Priam be directly descended from Mist? She has a marriage ending with Boyd and she's the closest thing to Ike by blood.
Ike only has two guys he can end with, and his only other bonds are his sister and Titania, who's probably too old for him, anyway.
Tiki's blood is currently out of stock.

Saying that Ike can't get together with a girl is like saying Sue's mother can't be anyone else but Lyn. There's literally nothing that states that Ike couldn't have found a fish in the sea (or so to speak) during his (seemingly permanent) visit to Marth's world. For all we know, Ike could have married Catria.
Speaking of Ike's visit to Marth's world, I'll just leave here something aside from Priam's possession of Ragnell that makes me heavily doubt that Priam is Mist's descendant.
I stand corrected. It seems the rumors of a hidden village were true...
Indeed. But could a descendant of the Radiant Hero truly reside here? I still have my doubts.
What all do you know about this Radiant Hero, anyway?
Only what the legends tellóthat he's an unparalleled warrior from another world. They say he felled thousands with a divine blade blessed by Ashera herself.
Impressive indeed. Battles shows who people really are. I felt it out there with you. Your army moved as one. That takes trust, and time, and effort. You won because you were there for each other. That puts you right up there with Marth, a man I met here. Of course, simply finding the strongest fighters will still yield a strong army. There's no one right answer...but you've definitely sold me on your method. So, are you going back to your world now? If you want, I could go with you. I am a mercenary, after all. This one's free of charge. What you taught me is payment enough!
Sure, it's Ike's Einherjar that's saying that he met Marth, but who's to say the real Ike DIDN'T actually meet the real Marth in person? Even after the events of Mystery of the Emblem?
