Can't decide what class I should make my female avatar into.

+ Strength, - Magic, female

I'm planning on a sword user so she doesn't have to learn a new weapon. I'm thinking either Myrmidon or Mercenary, or staying as a tactician.

Thoughts?

Bride or Hero probably. Also, the best flaw for +STR is -LUK, so you won't lose SPD nor DEF.

A little late on that, since this file is already 6 chapters in.

Brides can't use swords.

You really don't need to worry about weapon levels, it's not an obstacle at all. Don't let a minor thing like that limit your choices.

The Hero class is pretty absurd in terms of general stats.

The Assassin is basically a higher-SPD, slightly higher-SKL, but much lower-defense version of the Hero. Slightly lower STR too.

Paladin is also a strong candidate, with the same stat spread as the Hero. Gets mounted movespeed (8). Meh levels of SKL and SPD, but very solid defenses. Since you have -MAG as a flaw, you may want to avoid the Paladin since it's the lowest SPD option of the three.

I would recommend one of those in general.

Oh ... Dread Fighter is also pretty good if you have the DLC. Pretty much a more physical version of the Grandmaster.

I don't think Dread Fighter is going to work here...

It would take me longer. I tend to go slow in the battles, listen in at the barracks, go through support conversations, and play the paralogues.

I'm not a gamer that likes rushing through a game at all. I like to take it slow, and experience what the game has to offer.
