Team Ninja has a history of remaking/double dipping their games. You guys should know better.
Sure they had with DOA1 and DOA2 because it had many versions, but they dropped it off with DOA3 and DOA4 so no one expected for another ultimate version to come again until this got announced.
Aren't you forgetting Ninja Gaiden, NG Black, and then the Sigma Re-releases of Ninja Gaiden 1 and 2, They also did this again with Ninja Gaiden 3 with Razor's Edge.
Yep Team Ninja has been doing this for quite some time.
There was actually two versions of Dead or Alive 3. However the updated revisions called Dead or Alive 3.1 did not get released in the US and instead only users got a Booster Disc for extra costumes, the additional moves and balance changes that were included in DOA3.1 were not included in the booster disc.
A fan is confident in the game they prefer being able to stand on its own merits. A fanatic attacks the opposing game showing insecurity in the game they like.
