Why would you play this on the go?
MGS games (at least THESE) aren't really handheld games.
The long cinematic sequences don't really make for good gaming when waiting for a bus or at the DMV.
If you pay for Xbox LIVE, I hope your source of income suddenly evaporates and you come to realize that money is valuable.
I think they'd be great on an airplane, those cutscenes could help with those long 15 hour flights
If the Vita works at all like the PSP, putting the system into sleep mode allows you to pause any long cutscene and continue it later with no trouble.

What atma said.
Plus, if you press the PS button multitasking should be simple enough. I'm stoked for this.
Are you kidding? They're GREAT for a portable. On MGS 3 I had to restart after 3 hours because I kept having to do something else during cutscenes. With this, you can put it into sleep mode during them :D

Yes. I already played all the games so I am not really interested in the cutscenes. Besides, I can watch them on a big screen since I have the PS3 version.

Same reason I'd play ANY game on the go, just because I can.
[1:04pm] <R33P3R> how can a game be epic on a phone?
There are games meant to be played on consoles and games meant to be played on handhelds.
Trying to straddle the line just results in woe.

I'm pretty much done with this gen of consoles. We need new tech and I'm getting lazier so laying down playing a game on a portable is perfect for me.

Nah Solid Sonic.
There ain't nothing wrong with taking MGS2 and 3 with you anywhere you want.
I don't care how many cutscenes this has, just knowing that I have MGS2 and 3 in my freaking pocket is bliss for me.
And there's nothing wrong with that.
