I was in the shrine with the weapon doors, I unlocked one of the doors and I didn't grab the item. Is there a way to get it now

That's not possible. You get the item when you open the gate. Check your inventory. Or it could be a glitch.

Well, I opened another door I touched the shield, and I got it.
